
Israeli-Style Chicken Skewers with Tahini
A single portion of Israeli cooking, ready in 18 minutes with 9 minutes of prep. Written for one, so there is nothing to halve and nothing to waste.
Method

Toss the chicken with the cumin, paprika and a splash of oil.

Thread onto skewers (or leave loose) and griddle or fry over medium-high heat for 8–9 minutes, turning, until cooked through.

Whisk the tahini with the lemon juice and a splash of water until smooth and drizzly.

Taste and adjust the seasoning.
