Chicken Tikka Skewers with Minted Yoghurt
A single portion of Indian cooking, ready in 18 minutes with 8 minutes of prep. Written for one, so there is nothing to halve and nothing to waste. It brings some heat.
Method
- 1
Cube the chicken and toss with the yoghurt and the tikka paste to coat. Thread onto a skewer if you have one.
- 2
Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly, until charred and cooked through.
- 3
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- 4
Warm the flatbread and serve alongside the chicken with the mint yoghurt dip for dipping.
