White Fish Tacos with Lime Slaw

Method

    Toss the fish in the cumin, paprika and a little salt.

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the fish for 3–4 minutes each side until cooked through and flaking easily. Break into large chunks.

    Meanwhile, toss the shredded cabbage with a squeeze of lime juice.

    Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave.

  5. 5

    Fill the tortillas with the fish, lime slaw, a spoonful of soured cream and chopped coriander.

Use up the rest

Cooking this for one leaves 135 ml soured cream, 25 g coriander and 110 g white fish fillet. These recipes finish them off, so plan one later in the same week.
