Method

    Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan 170°C).

    Fry the onion and beef mince in a splash of oil over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes, breaking up the mince.

    Stir in the curry powder and raisins, then spoon into a small ovenproof dish.

    Whisk the egg with the milk and pour over the top.

    Bake for 12–14 minutes until the egg topping is set and golden.

    Taste and adjust the seasoning before serving.
